Las Olas Isles Real Estate

The Las Olas Isles Neighborhood is the largest group of Isles to make up one neighborhood in the area. The Las Olas Isles neighborhood, not to be confused and thought of as all the Isles combined. Las Olas Isles include the Isles Mola Ave, Isle of Capri Dr., Bontona Ave, Coconut Isle, Lido Drive, San Marco Drive, Coral Way, Royal Plaza Drive and the Isle of Palms. These Isles primarily consist of single-family waterfront homes. There is a wide mix of homes of all ages here. In the recent years there has been a lot of new construction and total rebuilds in the Las Olas Isles Neighborhood. The homes here typically list from over $1 million up to $40 million. $40 million will get you a point lot, 625 ft of waterfront and roughly, a 16,000 sq.ft of home!

If you are looking at homes in the Las Olas Isles than I am sure you realize the convenience that this location offers. Especially if you have a boat or are considering purchasing one in the near future. The homes in the Las Olas Isles all have boat docks in the backyard. The length of boat you can get will vary from home to home depending on the lot size and the to linear footage along the canal. All the canals in the Las Olas Isles exit into the New River. From there, you will quickly find yourself in the Stranahan River which leads you past Lake Mabel and to the Atlantic Ocean. From your home to the Ocean in about 10 minutes. It doesn’t get much better than that, as a boater!

Indeed! A few condos and co-ops grace the edge of the Las Olas Isles directly on Las Olas Blvd.

Co-ops

As everyone knows, you can’t beat the location of the Las Olas Isles! For a fraction of the cost, one can live along side the multi-million dollar homes of the Las Olas Isles neighborhood. There are two Co-Op buildings, Mayfair Arms and Seventeen Fifty Las Olas. Both buildings were built around 1960. They may not be as impressive as some of the buildings on Hendricks Isle and Venice Isle, but you may end up kicking yourself for not grabbing one of these units in the near future!

There’s a handful of condominium building in the Las Olas Isles neighborhood. Las Olas Villas, built in 1968. This is a mid-rise building at 6 floors directly on Las Olas Blvd. There are 2 Luxury Condos in the Las Olas Isles Neighborhood as well. One, has yet to be built, known as 1800 Las Olas.  There are 8 units in the building and they have all been sold, pre-construction. The other luxury condo in the Las Olas Isles neighborhood is Maison Blanc. With just 4 residences, 1 per floor, it will be tough to find one for sale.
